Sunday was my baby girls 21st Birthday. She has become a beautiful young woman with alot going for her. My birthday hope for her is that she leads a happy life in the years to come and that all her dreams become reality. This card was made for her, she often tells me off the frogs that are lining the pond at her home and how cute they are so I wanted to make her a card with frogs for her birthday. The paper is from an autumn paper pack from My Minds Eye. The rest is just paper packs from Michaels. The frogs and toad stool are cut from Lettering Delights. If you are not familiar with Lettering Delights they sell svg cuttable files to cut to an electronic cutter. They are super fabulous and cheap. They give you 50$ in free product for signing up! Trust me you will not be disappointed. They also sell papers, fonts and more. The card is called a flip flop card cut so that when you pull on the sides the middle flips from the front and flops to the back side you can find the tutorial on splitcoast stampers.com. The font was drawn with my cricut and a gel pen. The font is called stymie-hairline found at windowfonts.com On another note Today was my birthday, we ate dinner at the beach, I got to work at OA and when coming home from the gym my son had a gift waiting for me and candles lit around it! Not only is this amazing that he picked out an incredibly thoughtful gift all on his own, not even my husband knew about it, but that he actually remembered it was my birthday! All in all it was a good day. Enjoy your days and make everyone count.
